Was able to come out to quote and discuss my requirements, sent me the quote promptly and then it was smooth sailing from acceptance of quote, booking a time in for install, the install itself including the clean up and any questions I had along the way (and even afterwards). He arrived on time or early, didnt need chasing up or reminding, which is a big tick. Thank you so much for making our lives easier with our new front door handle 😊 highly recommend.

He gave me options with his recommendation and even went over and beyond the work he was called out to do, cut me extra keys and didn’t charge me any extra.
