I had a great experience with Dale. Not only was he punctual and brisk, he was very precise in his work. Whilst offering competitive prices he was also a great person! He ran into a problem with one of the locks and threw in a new lock to fix the problem for us. I really appreciated his in depth explanations afterwards as well as I did not know much about locks before hand! I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend for those moving house for the first time!

Dale did a great job fitting locks to 4 bedroom doors to give us and our adult/teenage children some extra privacy. He also made time to look at an issue with the lock on our bifold doors, replaced the latch of one of our internal doors and gave advice on getting an antique cabinet lock fixed. Dale was polite, punctual and professional. We would use his services again if required.
