Excellent experience. For people worried about who you may invite to deal with your locks, I felt very safe and calm. Communication was excellent. One quick phone call plus one quick text (was only semi-urgent & not unsafe overnight), then by mid-morning the next day, my locks were perfectly fixed! The locksmith was lovely and gentle about his work. For folk who live alone, please know that my experience was safe and calm. Very matter of fact and efficient in the best way when you have to have urgent people come. If my locks ever go wonky again, I will definitely call again

I had all my locks replaced on all my doors. Process was extremely easy and Ciro did an amazing job. He turned up on time and completed the job within a few hours. The new locks are awesome and I am very happy with the results.

Needed to change all the locks in our house. Ciro not only re-keyed the locks to a single key, but ensured all the doors opened and closed easily, and reprogrammed the garage remote control. Thr deadlock on one of the main doors to our property had ceased to work. We needed a quick lock repair. We also needed a lock repair on a sliding door which had ceased to work some time ago. We called Ciro at New Age Locksmiths and he arrived the next morning exactly as promised. Had our lock repaired and tuned in to our standard house key in 15 to 20 mins. The sliding door lock entailed a visit to his home base to get more parts which he was happy to do. He came back super promptly and had it fixed and tuned again to our standard key. We were very happy with the quality of the replacement fittings, speed of attending to repair, the fact that he was able to tune it to our existing key, and the reasonable cost of all his work. Without hesitation we would recommend his services.
