Excellent service by Mark in helping us select and purchase the locks to be fitted without any fuss or pressure. He was very obliging regards having extra keys supplied as well. Heath called before coming in to fit the locks as agreed, and he too was very friendly and efficient in fitting them the next day. Great to have a local trade that one can rely on for trustworthy and dependable service. Happy to recommend.

I would say, Mark is best among the bests. His customer services, time management and helpful mind are well top on the roof. He managed to give me right products at the right time when I went to his shop, helped me to get his boy to fix my locks with a short time frame was amazed me. I was surprised when his boy knocked my door and instantly recognised it must come from a kind heart person who cares his customers. Truly speaking, I Thank him more than I can say.
