Ben has me totally sorted now. Super work ethic and went out of his way to meet up on a weekend and get me out of trouble. Highly recommended.

Short review: go here, nowhere else. Long review...I haven't got time to write an essay on how bloody good Statewide Keys & Remotes are, but I'll summarise. This guy went above and beyond to assist me. His patience and care to attention couldn't be faulted, actually way above what anyone else would have done. I turned up, unannounced, on Easter Monday, at lunch time and with a rando key urgently needed cut ( I hadn't got it done for the past two months!! everyone else I'd gone to couldn't do it). I offered to come another time, but he did it with absolute professionalism. I talked non-stop to him, asked a million questions, discussed everything from key security of cars, intricacies of my other European car key, details of these keys, politics, camping, family, car makes etc, etc...... not once did he miss a beat or brush me off! He cut the keys without any annoyance or fuss (even though he had to get gear out, find specially keys and listen to a middleaged woman rabbiting on!). He offered to order me spares to cut, he proactively tended to other locks on the canopy . Then he tried to charge me less than 1/6th of the price i was quoted elsewhere!!!!! Naahhhhhh way, he wouldn't accept my offers so we did a $5 deal ! I feel I ripped him off. The canopy keys now operate like spreading butter on hot toast. I hope you get the picture. Not only could I recommend Statewide Keys but I'm looking for all our other keys that need copies. If you need a key go to Statewide Keys & Remotes.

Fast service, Friendly and actually a reasonable price for a key cut and programming. If I need any other key related fixes I will be back!
