I rang early Monday and Heath came around about an hour or so later. He attended to many 'problems' and nothing was too much for him. 👏👏 Excellent job. Thoroughly recommend him. I got locked in my house the week before Christmas and called these guys at 6 pm or so. They warned me that it was going to go into after-hours pricing and therefore be more expensive, and I appreciate the honesty. They quoted me a price and stuck to it before coming to the property. They promptly booked an appointment for the next day and arrived perfectly on time. The locksmith that worked on my door was very kind, patient, and meticulous. I changed my mind mid-installation, wanting a lever door, and although it was a pain, he did it without a second thought. He was proud of his work and should be, as the door closes perfectly now. They helped make a very stressful time manageable. I would highly recommend. Very professional, prompt, and expert work.
