We were in need of somebody to install a lock on our caravan door. Not always easy to find someone when you’re travelling. We happened to spot Richard’s van outside a cafe. We interrupted his lunch to ask if he was interested in helping us out. Within an hour or so we had a call from him that he had time to help us out. He was efficient and professional. All other locksmiths told us we'd have to wait until Monday, but Richard and team stayed late on Friday to get the broken key out and make us a new key.
