Friendly approachable and knowledgeable staff. They certainly know their way around the worlds of keys and locks. Efficient turn around on getting a 2nd key cut for our recently purchased 2nd hand truck. They informed us about codes specific to individual keys and we've come away with exactly what we need. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Had a tricky one on my car with a retro fitted wireless locking system that didn’t have the remote from the wreck I got the module from. Chris was all over it, left my car with them and before I knew it I had remote central locking and a flash new key, for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone. Well done team

5 star friendly service & customer care. We had lost a set of caravan keys and they worked really hard to try and replace all our different keys. Nothing was a bother. Also very dog friendly. Congratulations on your recent award very comprehensive store .
