I honestly don’t even know where to start. I had an accident as terrifying as it gets — my daughter was locked inside our car. I’m 30 weeks pregnant, my phone and all my belongings were inside the car, and I was completely stranded and panicking. With one call to a local business, he came so quickly and rescued her. My baby was safe, and I was shaking from stress and anxiety. In the middle of all that trauma, he told me I didn’t have to pay. That act of kindness was a saving grace. No words can properly describe the relief I felt. This wasn’t just an accident — it involved the life of a child — and the way it was handled was nothing short of incredible. Michael answered the phone quickly, was there to assist within minutes and worked out how to get my car unlocked. And then he made sure I knew exactly how to do the manual unlock before he left. He was professional and kind; and I'm most grateful because without his assistance the outcome of the day could have been so much worse.
