Jared presented himself to my door where he was very knowledgeable and advised me to have 1 key for all my house doors! Jim Roberts is my go to for all my lock and security needs. I've been able to take locks and knobs into the guys and they'll key them exactly as I've wanted. Key duplicates also work unlike the keys you get from the big box stores. Great prices, good communication and the service is awesome.

Amazing service , rang the office Michelle was polite and courteous and had a locksmith out within hours. Bailey arrived on site , very professional and finally fixed out pesky fly screen door security lock with a better option !
