All My car keys were stolen , got in touch with guardian who travelled down to my house around 100 kms or 200 round trip at the crack of dawn had replacement chipped key within the hour. great service very friendly . highly recomended.

I lost my car key (keyless ignition fob) and after agreeing a price, instructed Marc to proceed with ordering a replacement and programming it for my car. The day before we'd arranged for him to do the work, I found my key! I asked Marc if he could return the fob and he agreed to do so - without charge. Great flexibility, much appreciated. Next time I need a locksmith, I'll be calling him. 2nd Review (Sep 2024): My daughter's car had something preventing the key from being inserted in the ignition. I rang Marc to arrange a visit. He spent 10 minutes on the phone, understanding the details of the issue and talking me through some things to try before arranging a visit. I followed his suggestions and they worked. Again, no charge. Thanks Marc - great service! 3rd Review (Dec 2024). One of my MG HS keys was faulty, so I engaged Marc to supply and program a new one. The first MG fob from his supplier could not be programmed. He then tried an after-market fob and several different electronic programming devices before his supplier finally sent him the right model of MG fob. After a total of 5 attempts with different fobs and different devices, Marc succeeded in producing a fully functioning spare key. Despite all the time spent, he still only charged me the amount he originally quoted. Marc is very tenacious, reliable and a good communicator.
