Great job done. We had 2 locks installed and the technician was punctual, knowledgable, friendly, and he cleaned up after the job was completed. the price was very affordable. I'd use Caloundra Locksmith again and highly recommend to anyone.

The locking mechanism on my folding door failed some time ago which meant that a large section of the deck doors would not open. I contacted a number of door and window specialists to seek their assistance however I was unsuccessful. Just recently, I mentioned the situation to a colleague who suggested that I contact a locksmith, something I’d not thought of. I submitted an enquiry to Caloundra Locksmiths and not long after, had a response from Brad. Even more impressive was the fact that he came out to have a look at the doors that afternoon - and was able to fix it temporarily while we waited for a new part. Brad even helped us to work out the part we needed and showed us where to order it so that the replacement was correct. When the part arrived, Brad came back the very next day to install it and ensure that the doors were working correctly. I cannot fault Brad’s service – he was prompt, knowledgeable and excellent. We hadn’t been able to open or use the door for more than a year! I would not hesitate to recommend Brad and Caloundra Locksmiths to anyone who needs exemplary and timely service. Brad’s number is now saved in my phone and he will be our go-to locksmith!

We recently had all our locks and keys changed at apartment building by Brad from Caloundra Locksmith. Brad was efficient, friendly, easy to communicate with and did the job in a timely fashion.
