True to his word! New car key required ... Jay responded PROMPTly, and delivered as soon as possible at a much CHEAPER price. He scheduled my job for Sunday! The process was more complex than expected because the vehicle manufacturer's tech support were ambiguous in advising on the correct key and transponder type for this Make, Model and Month of production. Not to worry, Jay researched, trialled and problem-solved to find the solution. PERSISTENT, PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL throughout the process. Oh, HONEST as well ... the quote was adjusted down due to a change in parts used. We are blessed to have this business and service locally! Thank you, Jay!
