  I did not end up using SPL Ballina Locksmiths due to a very narrow time window and short notice on our part. Although Phillipa genuinely tried to reshuffle her schedule to make it work, I ultimately had to confirm another locksmith as I needed to secure someone within a very tight timeframe. That said, I wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service. Phillipa was responsive, transparent about costs, and clearly went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. Her professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Based on the service alone, I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

  Wanted to get a couple of sets of keys for an older car duplicated from the originals. Having recently had a set done by a shopping centre key cutter which were less than useful I found that these two sets were spot on. The staff were helpful and the store has stock of key blanks which are currently not available the wholesale supplier in Australia (thank heavens). Think I'll be coming here for my keys in future.   Accidentally locked my keys inside my car, and was fortunate that they came out within 20 minutes and unlock my car in less than 5 minutes. Really appreciate the help and the speed at which they were able to do the work. The staff were also very kind and friendly!
