I can’t thank you enough for helping me sort out my broken car key while on holidays last week. Even though the shop was technically closed, Lindsay picked up my call and was preparing to go in and work on my car (which seemed to have gone into lock mode after several failed attempts at starting it). Then, while I was in the process of organising a tow truck, he was able to help me achieve a temporary fix by patiently explaining how to find the part needed to get the key working, saving me a lot of stress and expense. Much appreciated!
