Tony delivered absolute gold-standard service when dealing with an issue with my CMI safe — and this was over a long weekend, no less. Tony genuinely cared about resolving the problem. He talked me through some basic checks I could safely do myself, took the time to explain things clearly, and then came out promptly at 7:30am on the Tuesday morning after the long weekend to fully resolve the issue. Nothing was too much trouble. Tony is an excellent communicator, really listens, and takes great pride in his work. His customer service is outstanding — professional, calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. If you want a locksmith you can truly trust, Tony at Alpine Locksmiths is the one.

I managed to break a key in the manual override lock for our garage door opener in one of the many blackouts we have in this area. I called Alpine Locksmiths at 8.30am. By 9.20am they had a locksmith onsite. The job was completed including 2 shiny new keys cut by 10am. All at a very reasonable price. Thanks for the excellent service!

My wife Karen just wanted to thank you. Couple years ago our front door combo lock was ceased. Good communication, came at agreed time and fixed up the muddled interiors of the lock body. And installed a deadbolt as a last minute add on by her request. Great workmanship. 2 years later and still good.

The amazing thing was I thought all would be good with the barrel code, but I also needed the lock maker name (which I didn’t have.)
