The tradesman who visited my home was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. Internal door handles were not what I expected them to look like but they are great. I wasnt picky anyway and told them to put in anything they chose. Took 3 calls to confirm a date and 3rd call staff stated they thought my job was complete. Super polite, educational to me as a client and honest. Had to get them back to ensure house could lock when the doggy door was removed as was not the case first visit, due to our misunderstanding of each other. Simply fixes. I did get n extra door lock fitted one the first call out so I was extremely pleased. Overall an excellent service with a couple hiccups but I did order the job right before Christmas New Year season and items had to be ordered in. Copped a service charge more expensive that an entire door handle. Had I known about that I'd have paid cash!!! Was very unhappy about that little gem. Put the bill up a fair bit. Overall would happily recommend to anyone.

So friendly and accommodating. I had no problems having my locks changed in my holiday villa. Collection of keys after hours was a breeze after travelling up the coast. Thankyou so much.

A huge thank you goes out to Active Locksmiths Taree. Highly recommend this business as they went above and beyond to help me out on their first day back from Christmas break.I had just arrived home from a holiday myself, unpacked my car, went to unlock my home and was unable to do so, lock issues. As busy as they were on this day they still managed to send a Locksmith out quickly. So very appreciated and thankful.🙏
