Fran is collaborative and client-focused; she values client input and turned my vision into practical, beautiful outcomes. Careful selections of local flora into my garden design to showcase Western Australia’s beauty is one of Fran’s many talents. I will have a stunning adult retreat complete with a plunge pool and landscaped gardens overlooking the views from my property for years to come. The way that Fran tailored the design plans to the unique aesthetics of my country farmhouse in rural Western Australia was a standout.   Fran helped us to redesign our back and front yard, the outcome is fantastic. Fran is knowledgeable and professional. She visited us, discussed with us, to make sure our requirements are met. She provides tons of great ideas and suggestions in her design. When we have doubts at some points, she’ll try to present her design using all innovative ways, to let us see the effects. She is always on time when visiting on site. During the project's building and construction, if we need to change the design, Fran also can work closely with our landscaper Adam, and make sure the alternative works perfectly with the original design. After projects were completed, she also visited us two times, to follow up if the results were as good as expected. We really appreciate that and feel lucky we chose the right designer. We will highly recommended Fran and her services.

  After renovating my house on a ¼ acre block, I was left with a large garden to design. The garden was pretty much non-existent except for a large grey spotted gum at the front and a swimming pool (not in use). Not knowing where to start, I decided to engage a landscape architect to provide the inspiration to turn the flat block into a garden that would complement the house and meet my requirements. Fran responded promptly to my initial query and was very easy to get on with. Fran listened very carefully in our initial discussion and produced a design brief that was pretty much spot on. The initial design came through that was very exciting and provided plenty design features to create a varied and attractive garden. There were constructive discussions on changes to be made and Fran took these in her stride and the second iteration was pretty close, with a few small details to be changed. Fran provided a lot of information and came up with some elegant solutions to a couple of design issues. The process was easy and drawings very detailed. Certainly worth the expense and an enjoyable process. It did take longer than planned, but I was not in a hurry, so this was not a problem for me. The construction has only just begun, with the Alfresco deck completed.

  We’ve got a big block that’s stuck in the 80’s – the space has never worked for us, and we just didn’t use it. We had loads of ideas for changing it but couldn’t pull them together, so knew that to do it right we needed to engage a professional. A friend recommended Fran from Naturesque after their own positive experience. Fran took our jumble of ideas and turned them into a really clever, practical design that will work beautifully in our space - with a rustic native country/coastal feel that will both complement the metro area we live in and be reminiscent of down south. We ended up making very few changes from her initial concept, just tweaking some materials and plant choices, which I think says a lot about how spot-on her design was from the start. She’s got an eye for detail and the knowledge to make decisions on things we never would’ve thought of. It’s been a great experience, and we’re now excited to see it all come to life. Fran is responsive, thoughtful, and just a genuinely lovely person to work with. Would happily recommend her.
