James to the rescue We had some front verge landscaping done by another company in June and it is fair to say they did a terrible job. After following up with them and not getting the desired outcome for rectification, I decided to find an alternate company to redo the area. I contacted a landscaping supplies store who gave me the contact details of about 12 different companies. I sent an email to all the contacts, with most getting back to me saying they could not help me/not interested/too busy/not getting back to me at all. It was only James at JMF Home and Gardens who contacted me via a phone call and it safe to say that I felt as though I was in the best hands from the start. James is the sort of person who wants to help people in need which is a great quality for a tradesman. James is very personable, an excellent communicator and has amazing attention to detail. I enjoyed our back and forth over a period of a couple of months to problem solve and redesign our front area. James always kept me in the loop during the process despite his busy schedule which is something I have never had from any previous tradesperson. Once the job was completed, he continued to follow up to ensure we were happy and to see how the finished product was turning out. I cannot recommend James at JMF any higher and I wish I knew more people SOR to recommend his quality landscaping services to. Thanks again James for answering my SOS!

James has been taking care of our garden for nearly 7 years and right from the beginning we felt trust and integrity. Not to mention he is nicest bloke and we love him coming to our home. James, along with Campbell, helped us with some new landscaping this month, and created a little native flower and herb garden. The change in the garden has been remarkable, it gives us so much joy on a daily basis and lifts our spirits. It truly is the most beautiful flower garden. We are really grateful to JMF for their extraordinary services, their reliability, integrity, and professionalism. They are so easy to work with, and they really helps our lives not just by taking exceptional care of our garden, but also with their great attitudes, and bringing a beauty and finishing off that leaves a smile after each visit.
