We had a requirement of a fire wall on the boundary of our property and modify a roof line. We contacted Joe and with little fuss plans were drawn and submitted and passed within a short space of time. Great service, and back up support for a small required change to the drawings. We engaged Joe to design our final home in Jurien Bay based around a smattering of ideas that we had collected. Within in three drafts Joe has nailed exactly what we wanted. His ideas were very welcomed and he followed up so many aspects with trades. We have had so many positive comments from visitors about our design and we owe this to Joe - he was ahead of the game !! When we moved to Juien Bay and were recruited on to a committee for our local church we asked Joe to submit a design to the committee - once again his design was selected due to his ideas. When we struck trouble Joe was prepared to look at a range of options to solve our challenges. He also made significant changes to assist us. Joe takes his role from designer to "guide on the side". Very professional in his follow up service and advice.

We used Joe to design an investment property in Westminster with a tricky situation as we had to retain the front residence. He was able to do an amazing job considering the limited land area he had to work with at the rear... Thankfully he was able to think outside the square....The finished villa unit was great and tenants love the design which has made it easier for me to rent out.
