Daniel provided a very professional service. He took my design drawings and made them a reality while offering useful and helpful suggestions which resulted in an excellent outcome. He is a hard worker and goes the distance to deliver great results. He also is open to modifications along the way to deliver a better outcome. His local knowledge and experience was very useful in selecting the right materials and construction techniques.

Daniel did a fantastic job laying my 50 pavers around two sides of my house, a perfectionist with his work and did it in two days, very happy 👍

Frequently asked questions

How much do landscapers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on job type and complexity — a tidy-up is typically much less than a full makeover or structural retaining wall. Materials, labour hours, site access and any required design or engineering work usually drive the price. This page shows live pricing to help you compare current rates.
Do landscapers charge call-out fees?
Most landscapers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, and this is usually separate from labour and materials. Hourly labour rates and after-hours or weekend attendance are often charged at higher rates. It’s worth confirming any minimum fees and what the call-out covers when requesting quotes.
When do landscapers need a licence in Australia?
Landscapers typically need a contractor licence or builder registration when work involves structural or building elements such as engineered retaining walls, footings or major excavation. Providers who undertake structural work will usually display a valid state contractor licence or builder registration, while smaller softscape-only jobs often do not require that registration. Check that any landscaper doing structural work holds the appropriate licence or registration.
