Luke has been an integral part in design our forever home. He has nailed the brief (and some) bringing all our concepts and ideas to fruition. Going above and beyond every step of the way, spending additional time doing site visits to meet deadlines, and communicating with all additional parties on our behalf. I found Luke to be extremely professional. He answered all my questions, and walked me through the process required to subdivide my duplex. Luke provided us with a lump sum fee proposal and managed all consultants for our development application. Luke coordinated with council, Sydney water, my legal team, valuers, surveyors and land titles. Luke took all stress out of the subdivision and managed the entire process. Luke was amazing, He designed the perfect Dual Occupancy for us. We went and saw a number of Architects but we felt the most comfortable with Luke and it couldn’t have gone any better. Luke and his team, I would say, are the best architects for house design that I have worked with. I have dealt with many but Luke’s willingness to tirelessly work on multiple iterations and absolutely getting the design was spot on. Icing on the cake was a near 2 month approval process where we got the whole house approved without any substantial changes.
