Erich and his team at Straight Up Landscapes were fantastic, we are thrilled with the work they did for us. Initially, I had reached out to many Landscapers in the area just to get a quote and had no reply for all but Erich. Erich was prompt, courteous and he was very helpful when it came to ideas which we were struggling for. We had a limited budget to work with and Erich did a great job of prioritising what needed to be done as a foundation, longevity and a good neat look from the outset. Erich and his team were prompt and professional on-site and left us with a fantastic outcome for our property. We have followed Erich and his team's instructions to care for the lawn given it was laid in mid winter (July) and it is now (November). The lawn today is up there with the best in the street suburb. We highly recommend Erich and the Straight Up Landscapes Team !!

Highly recommend Straight Up Landscapes! From quoting to job completion, Erich was accommodating at each step, and we were happy to wait almost a month as he was booked out prior. Erich was flexible with arrangements (we threw a few late requests such as an additional garden bed, but it was during the excavation stage so it was feasible) and always offered his thoughts if there was something that could improved upon, but still leaving it up to the customer to decide. This type of thoughtfulness is refreshing compared to previous quotes we’ve received from others who were unnecessarily pushy and lacked transparency. The other team members (Joel and Ryan) were also professional and respectful, reflective of Erich’s leadership. They were very helpful throughout the process, and we were appreciative of their daily tidy ups when each day was done. We’re loving our reinvigorated front and backyard (after staring at dirt and weeds for a while), thanks to Erich! Again, wholeheartedly recommend Straight Up Landscapes for making the process and maintenance easy to understand (especially to someone that doesn’t have a green thumb) and for telling everything “straight up”!

The boys were so hard working (in the heat) with excellent workmanship and a fantastic result in the end. A pleasure dealing with from the starting quote to the finished job. Erich / StraightUp Landscapes have transformed our backyard from an unused, sloping and unwelcome space to a terrific, level and highly usable, child friendly space! If I could give 6 stars to Erich & the team I would. We had a complex job, with difficult site access and a significant amount of manual labour required. From start to finish, Erich was: - Highly responsive and provided the most competitive quote (almost half of the other 3 quotes we received), with the most detailed quote of the lot. - Great Value and costs came in within the quote, with no surprises or variations other than what we requested him to do during the job. - Highly professional with great communication and delivered a high quality work. Nothing was too hard for Erich. - Importantly, he completed the job in one go, not starting the job and then heading off to start another job. They were on site for 2 weeks and finished everything in one go. Thanks again Erich. We will certainly get you back for our next projects!
