Peter did a general yard tidy up for us which included pruning, weeding, tidying and also pressure washing some hard tiles around our pool. He took great care in his work and was fantastic! I don’t think we have ever had a gardener work so hard and so diligently for so many hours. Highly recommend him. Already booked him in for another visit in a few months!

Peter was fantastic! He pressure washed my balcony and pruned my pot plants, and now the space looks amazing. It honestly feels like a whole new balcony! What really stood out was how hard he worked on such a hot day, super professional and didn’t cut any corners. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend if you want someone reliable who does a great job. Thanks again!

Frequently asked questions

How much do landscapers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on job type and complexity — a tidy-up is typically much less than a full makeover or structural retaining wall. Materials, labour hours, site access and any required design or engineering work usually drive the price. This page shows live pricing to help you compare current rates.
Do landscapers charge call-out fees?
Most landscapers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, and this is usually separate from labour and materials. Hourly labour rates and after-hours or weekend attendance are often charged at higher rates. It’s worth confirming any minimum fees and what the call-out covers when requesting quotes.
When do landscapers need a licence in Australia?
Landscapers typically need a contractor licence or builder registration when work involves structural or building elements such as engineered retaining walls, footings or major excavation. Providers who undertake structural work will usually display a valid state contractor licence or builder registration, while smaller softscape-only jobs often do not require that registration. Check that any landscaper doing structural work holds the appropriate licence or registration.
