  We happened across Lachlan, Dion and the Build That team when they were building a deck for our neighbours across the road. This was incredibly fortuitous, because our bathroom renovation which we were largely attempting ourselves had come to a stand still... Lachlan was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. His quote came in at a reasonable price, and what was even better was how quickly he was able to start the project! After years spent with a dysfunctional bathroom, then a renovation zone (affectionately named the 'hole in the wall') waiting for some TLC, we got the bathroom of our dreams in a matter of weeks! [Full disclosure - we just tried it out for the first time tonight and it's heaven!] The Build That team are reliable, responsible and great problem-solvers (because our house is the gift that just keeps on giving!) Every team member and trade that came through our space was very respectful and friendly, which we very much appreciated. They were also incredibly efficient and communicated any time that there was a slight deviation to the timeline or game plan. They also made sure to 'check in' regularly about our intentions, fixtures and finalised plans. Consequently, we have had no hesitation in recommending Lachlan, Dion and the Build That team to other people we know who are looking to have projects completed. Not only do we love our bathroom, but we're also grateful to the team for our new pool box and laundry repairs. Seriously - give Lachlan a call! You won't regret it.

  Lachlan and Dion removed a planter box from my terrace to open up my view and extend the area. From quotation to completion and every step of the way they were lovely to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, and the sub-contractors were also great. As a woman on my own I had received some ridiculous quotes for this job but knew I could trust these guys implicitly with my home if I wasn’t here. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did a perfect job. I can’t recommend them enough. Well done guys, and thank you so much.
