I can't speak highly enough of Rory and his team. The level of care and professionalism are of the highest standard. They bring to their job everything you would want in your landscapers team: punctuality, hard work, precision, honesty, flexibility, attention to detail, great communication, responsiveness, kindness, great ideas and much more. They can do anything you need from retaining walls, to irrigation, to planting beautiful gardens, fencing, gates, to thinking about every little detail. They transformed our outdoor space into a useful and beautiful environment, helping us make our house a beautiful home on the outside too. I can't thank them enough for looking after us so well and for the high quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Rory, Brad and the team at Residential Retreats did a fantastic job on our clothes line area - an area of our garden that had been sorely neglected. The attention to detail was excellent, and nothing was overlooked. They genuinely take pride in the quality of their work. Rory and the team created two totally different oasis's for us. At the back of the house we had a muddy mess left from major plumbing work and the team created a beautiful paved area and flowing path network that completely transformed how the space can be used. At the side we had a pot graveyard with ancient mulch base. The team built the most beautiful stone gate and luscious grassed area perfect for the grandkids. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and left it it the team's hands to create and they exceeded all expectations. On top of this they were unfailingly respectful, friendly and professional I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who want an amazing garden transformation on time, within budget and with amazing attention to detail.

Can't recommend Rory and the team at Residential Retreats highly enough! I have had the pleasure of having Rory and his team recently replace my red brick pool coping. From the first moment I met Rory to quote I knew he was the guy for the job, he was honest, turned up on time, thought through the job, gave great advice and was all round good guy! He recommended we use Silver Travertine, I was hesitant as I thought it would not suit our old house, however trusted his judgement and he was totally right he knows his stuff. It looks fantastic! Our pool has rounded edges which is difficult to pave, however they did an awesome job and took their time to get it just right. Rory ensured we were happy with the results and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We had previously used one of Canberra's larger pergola builders and had the worst experience, it was a total nightmare, told it would be done in 3 months - took over 12 months, they made information up to suit their narrative when they ordered the wrong colour products, treated me like an idiot when questioning them and we will never use that company again. The experience with Residential Retreats was the total opposite from start to finish if only we had met Rory sooner we would have got him to complete our pergola project also and saved us the heartache. We will be getting Rory and the team back to finish the backyard and then start on the front yard. Do yourself a favour give him a call, you wont be disappointed.
