Wow what can I say? Not only did Louis respond to my desperate plea on a Saturday to come and look at my bore that was not working, he attended the property on the Monday morning. He diagnosed the issue in no time at all, had a pump delivered within an hour or so and came back that same day to install it. The Retic was back working again by Monday afternoon! He even sent the paperwork for the insurance claim that night! We really appreciated him squeezing us in between multiple jobs on the same day. We cannot recommend Swell Irrigation and Louis highly enough. Talk about a can-do attitude and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Louis is professional, punctual and keeps you in the loop with regular communication. I think he might just be a unicorn !!!!!

I will always prefer to use locals over large companies and here is why. Our bore stopped working a couple of days ago, I took a quick look just to satisfy myself I couldn’t do anything about it. Found Louis online and rang, I did get his answer phone and you always wonder if you will get a call back. Louis called in less than 15 mins and luckily he was close by, he called around and quickly found that the pump was no longer serviceable. He quoted for a replacement then went off to get that, returned and fitted it. This whole process from my first call to completion was very close to 90 minutes. I found him and Finn to be knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I wish them every success in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Louis was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the job was done the next day afternoon and the pricing was fair. He kept me posted on the progress, explained what needs to be done and how much will it cost and send me photos before and after. I appreciate that. Thank you for excellent service.
