Submitted my query in the evening, received a message first thing the next morning advising he would come the same morning. John was very kind & helpful, answered every single question I had. I can tell from our interactions that he genuinely wants to help & resolve my current issues. He had a back injury on the day however he still came out to help me check our retic & identify the potential causes & what can be done to rectify. Overall, very happy with my interactions and will gladly recommend him to anyone else I know who needs help with their retic

He has been awesome with advice, fixing the issues and helping us to understand our system. We found John to be really easy to deal with and his pricing is awesome.
