Cocoon Insulation

We have just had Cocoon insulate our house. Amazing service installation and communication. Caroline was clear and responsive with her communication, quick with quoting, their installers turned up on time, were good humoured, efficient and competent with their work and they cleaned up quickly. The ceiling space is now very clean (it was very, very messy before) and snugly insulated. Many thanks for a great job, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. I wish all maintenance and building services were like this. Amazing work. Thank you.

Cocoon are an excellent business. They provided me with excellent service from the very beginning. Caroline was great on the phone & via emails, explaining the process, the quote was very reasonable & the installation guys were punctual, efficient & professional. I'm so happy with my ceiling insulation! I felt instant improvement on the temperature inside my apartment. Amazing customer service. Caroline was so informative and helpful during the quoting process. Chawn and Van did such a good job with cleaning the roof space and installing the insulation. It made such a big difference in the amount of time running the air cons over the hot days. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but in this case you really get what you pay for. My very first phone call with Caroline was the start of my insulation journey with Cocoon Insulation. Caroline worked out how much insulation I needed, answered all my questions and provided a quote within 24 hours. Cocoon Insulation were recommended to me by another local company, who said their team were the best around. When installation day came, the team turned up right on time and started working straight away. What impressed me even more was the immediate communication when the job become a little more challenging than we first thought, and it was suggested it may take a little longer, perhaps even an extra day. The unforeseen issues were no match for the team who kept working until the job was done, and only needed one day. Basically my roof space was a mess, with layers of decaying insulation, piles of polystyrene sheets, 50 years of possum, mouse and rat "mess", all adding to the abundant compost pile I’d been harbouring in the ceiling. The team were polite, kept everything in perfect condition and showed me photos before, during and after the installation. One thing that I noticed about this team, which impressed me more than anything was how they got on with the job and didn’t spend time on their mobiles. A true blessing this day and age! Over the next few days, I noticed I've been sleeping better, not waking up with sinus issues and my hearter is working better than ever! If I could give them 10 stars I would. PS - My sincere apologies to all trades people who have been in the roof over the years and told me it was a mess up there. I kept thinking they were being precious, but now I get it! I’m so sorry to all who have had to put up with my disgusting roof space.

Moving into a new house, we have had so many tradies in to do work. I can confidently say that Cocoon is by far and away the best company we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Caroline in the office was great, answering questions and coming back quickly with a competitive quote. But I cannot say enough about the gentlemen who showed up to do the job - they were incredible. Friendly, prompt, and speedier than I would have ever imagined possible! I was prepared for an all day ordeal of noise overhead and people trudging through the house, but they went right through the tile roof and were out in a few hours! Honestly, we’re so impressed with the whole company that we’ll be having them back to get our under floor done before this winter rolls around. Thank you again!
