Altitude Insulation

We recently had ceiling insulation installed, and I could not recommend Altitude Insulation highly enough. From quote to installation everything was managed beyond expectation. Mick did an amazing job; we were very happy dealing with these guys. We are extremely grateful for their prompt and professional service; I would highly recommend Altitude Insulation; they went above and beyond as well as being very pleasant to communicate with. Deservedly 5 stars.

Jasmine and Mick’s communication was quick and clear from the start and continued through to installation. The quality of the work looks great and the underfloor insulation has made a huge difference to the temperature inside my house. I’ll be using them for my ceiling insulation when that needs to be replaced. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from inquiry right through to installation. Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to emails and took time to answer all the questions I had before committing to the job. Mick arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard, and left the area clean taking all the rubbish away. Altitude insulation is a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too difficult and the entire process of providing a quote to insulate the roof space and the installation was timely and professional. The price was below what others had quoted and that was amazing. Mike used the best product and wasn't phased by the Decronastic old roof. He removed the old aluminium and cardboard insulation which may have been installed in the 1980's bagged them and took them away. I highly recommend Altitude Insulation and will use them to install the whirly birds in the garage too.

Massive thank you to Mick and Jasmine for such a ripper job on the insulation install in our roof. Jasmine was onto it from the get go and received a call from Mick moments later. This tells me that they actually want your work, unlike most tradesman of 2023 that can’t be stuffed taking your call, whinging about their own craft or following up. Mick turned up on time and was lightning quick with the install. Jasmine was prompt with the communication and answered several questions I had immediately. The service was that good, I didn’t even shop around and I urge you reading this review to do the same - give this team your work, cause they want it and will do a 1st class job - 10/10.
