Newcastle Insulation recently installed pink batts and a whirlybird in our garage roof. From the very beginning David was a delight to deal with - providing great communication and advice. He and his team are obviously very experienced professionals and knowledgeable insulation experts.Given the care and attention to detail taken by the installers, Newcastle Insulation provided an excellent, value-for-money and high quality service. The difference in temperature in our garage is remarkable and clearly this was a very worthwhile investment. I recommend this company without reservation.

We had David and his crew (Bryan and Michael) install ceiling batts at our property recently. From the inspection of the premises to the insulation process it went like clock work. The work was at a very high standard and David ensured we were happy with the job by ensuring I inspected first hand their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I recently bought a renovated 3brm house in the Lake Macquarie region. We had a few quotes and decided to go with Newcastle Insulation because they were friendly, efficient, and very informative during the quote process. The quote itself was more than reasonable. David and his team were great to deal with. It's the middle of winter and while other installers were brushing us off because of huge demand and too little supplies, David went to extra mile to fit us in and get us sorted. There was absolutely no issues - the guys were very professional and did a clean job. They also braved the muddy ground under our house when installing the under-floor panels. Highly recommended.

We had underfloor insulation completed in April and can’t believe the difference it has made. I couldn’t recommend Dave and his team enough. From quote to completion. A few points: 1. Dave was thorough and patient with all of my questions. We had a few quotes and went back and forth a bit. Gave a few variations to the quote so we could choose what suited us. 2. The allowance time to accept a quote is generous - we dragged the chain a bit so had to re-quote but the pricing was still more than reasonable. Dave was genuine and knowledgeable, which sold it for us more so than price. 3. We were expecting a baby, so pressed for time. Dave made sure he fit us in before the due date which was so appreciated and a relief to come home to a cosy, warm house. 4. The workmanship is exceptional and done over two days (approx 100sqm and sloping block). Not rushed and completed to last. Site fully cleaned up on completion. 5. Payment is not expected until after the job is complete, which tells me they are confident in what they are selling (and so they should be). I would definitely recommend Dave and his team to my family and friends.

I have to admit i was a bit doubtful that underfloor insulation would make a difference. How wrong was I ?! Dave and Michael and Brian did a truely outstanding job. I am so cosy in my home now. I am impressed with their meticulous work. Under the house looks like an artistic masterpiece. Dave discussed everything in detail with me.. I love the fact that they take such pride in their work and are very customer focused. The boys are very polite and personable. I absolutely recommend NI. I am a very very happy customer.
