He was incredibly patient, provided very clear explanations, and was always respectful and easy to deal with. The job was completed exactly as agreed, on the scheduled day and within the promised timeframe. Dusan is extremely friendly, always quick to answer questions, and communication was excellent throughout. Pricing and negotiations were very fair, and the work was done neatly with everything left clean and tidy. Even after I later installed ducted air-conditioning, Dusan’s business partner (forgot his name, again very friendly person) came back to fix up and reinstate the insulation without any hassle, which really shows their professionalism and commitment to doing the job properly. Really good team, very efficient and really helpful answering all my questions. They installed R6 roof batts in my ceiling around ducted aircon and did a great job. They took before and after photos for me to see the job, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work. I also asked them to fix some old roof sarking that was hanging in the garage, which they happily did for me. The team were really respectful and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future

We had our ceiling insulation replaced and the experience from start to finish was excellent. The team removed the old insulation, vacuumed the entire roof cavity, and installed new batts to a very high standard. They were extremely professional, on time, and took great care while working inside our home.
