Incredible service from Alex!! From the first call he was informative, helpful, and honest. Could have just quoted me on a new inverter but suggested we try a warranty claim. Although he wasn’t the installer of our solar originally, he followed up our inverter claim with the manufacturer and kept me updated the whole way, following up with them consistently. Install was quick. Not only are his prices super fair, but he was happy to go up and check our panels (even taking photos to show us) before we committed to getting them cleaned. He setup the new inverter with an app for monitoring and taught me more about our system and how to get the most out of it in one visit than in our past 5 years of having solar. Can’t recommend him enough. The kind of honest, down to earth, friendly service that’s too rare. Thanks legend!

Alex did a fantastic job replacing our old solar system. When I encountered an issue with the inverter two years later, Alex helped me diagnose the issue over the phone. He then called the supplier and helped me process my warranty claim and replace the faulty inverter. The entire process has been very easy because of his help.

Great service from Alex, very nice and informative as I asked a lot of basic questions and he really took time to educate me. Low stress arrangements and very quick install, all sorted through the power co without my involvement. System is working great, producing quite good levels even on a cloudy day or at dawn & dusk. Definitely recommend Solar Matters as have had a faultless experience.

Solar Matters helped us to diagnose a faulty inverter and co-ordinated with the inverter company for a replacement under warranty as our original supplier had a very poor after sales support having installed our 6.6kW system just weeks ago. Alex whom we liaised with is very well spoken, polite and very knowledgeable. In addition, you can see that he genuinely cares about his customers as he helped us understand how our system works. I would recommend Solar Matters for a 6.6kW system with better pricing and customer support.
