We recently engaged Craig at Pristine Water Systems to clean our 130000 litre and 14000 litre water tanks which has not been touched for over 27 years. We were extremely happy with the outcome. The tanks were left remarkably clean and the water quality improved remarkably, especially the appearance of the flow into the house through taps, cisterns etc. We cannot recommend Craig highly enough. Fantastic service and greatly improved water. Craig has been great from the outset he gave great advice on the best product, the installation and handover was fantastic and each year he comes back to change the UV bulb and cartridges. I have a combination of rain and bore water and the whole house filtration system is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Craig from Pristine Water Systems was super knowledgeable, friendly and gave me heaps of great advice! We have lived on a rural property for 6yrs now and this was the first time we have had the tanks cleaned and sanitised. Couldn't be happier with the result, our water had a slight smell to it but now it's odorless and tastes fantastic! We also had an issue with dark clothes smelling bad if we left them in the washing machine after a wash for an hour or two, now that is gone.
