We needed a last minute cleaner as our new home had not been cleaned well from the previous owner and im 8 months pregnant and not up to the task. Alana got back to me right away and her mum Jennie was the cleaner, she did an absolutely amazing job and was such a pleasure to chat to. Highly recommend.

After suffering rain damage and then having my ceiling collapse was so thankful to have Alana from Move-Out Magic come in and clean the carpets/ flooring, lounge suit and rugs . Even though all these things will be replaced as they did suffer water damage. Alana came in and did a thorough job of cleaning what she could and making everything smell so much fresher than what it was. She is friendly , knowledgeable and very hard working . With high standards she absolutely exceeded expectations of what could be done … she has the right equipment and the right products to do what was required. Happy is an understatement, she was kind, empathetic and understanding of my fears and issues with mustiness and mould from having water damage and my roof/ ceiling collapse less than a week earlier. Would absolutely recommend Alana for all your cleaning requirements from weekly cleans to end of lease cleans, carpets , furniture and everything else in between . Kim Attkins
