I wanted to share my experience with Michael, who recently repaired one of our showers. Michael was fantastic from start to finish. He thoroughly inspected the issue, provided clear and reasonable recommendations, and offered us various options. His explanations about the existing condition and the necessary repairs (without suggesting any unnecessary extras) were incredibly helpful and made our decision-making process much easier. Michael was not only well-presented and polite but also highly professional. He kept the job site tidy, arrived on time, and there were no hidden costs. If there had been anything he couldn’t spot during the inspection, we would have been more than happy to pay for any additional work needed. I highly recommend Michael for his excellent service!
