Sally is amazing, explaining every single thing that they can and won't do depending on the state of your oven. Her knowledge on every brand out there is impressive. Make sure you aren't in a hurry, as they are always booked solid. Whatever the wait, it is 100% worth it. My oven had been severely neglected for a good decade. It literally looks brand new! There was no smell or residue from the toxic free products, and the amazing oven cleaning technician (Rhys) was happy to answer any questions and really did a thorough job. I have already and will continue to recommend this company to anyone needing domestic oven/rangehood/stovetop deep cleaning. Very, very, very happy and impressed!!!!

Thanks to the tech/cleaner Gerald- he did the best job ever on my oven. He explained everything and also fixed an issue I had. Left my oven in the best condition I have seen it for years. Sparkling clean and excellent working order. I will use this company again for sure.
