Booked NextStep Clean Co for an end of lease clean and they were excellent. Communication was clear from the start, booking was easy, and the team did a really thorough job. The kitchen and bathrooms in particular looked spotless. What I appreciated most was how organised and professional everything felt — no chasing, no confusion, just a smooth process. The bond back guarantee gave peace of mind, and the property passed inspection without any issues. If you’re moving out and want a reliable cleaning company in Melbourne, I’d definitely recommend NextStep Clean Co.

I used NextStep Clean Co for an end-of-lease clean and honestly couldn’t be happier. From the first message to the final result, everything was super smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, were friendly, and paid attention to details I didn’t even think about. The property looked better than when I moved in, and the real estate agent had zero issues at inspection. It took a lot of stress off an already stressful move. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the quality of the clean was top-notch. Highly recommend them if you’re in Melbourne and want the job done properly the first time. Will definitely use them again.
