I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning service! They came through on very short notice and did an amazing job with my 1-bedroom apartment. Everything was spotless — from the floors to the kitchen and bathroom — and they paid great attention to detail. On top of that, their customer service was excellent: friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate the quick response and the care they put into their work. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

I had such a great experience with Jackie and the team at Jim’s Cleaning! From the first conversation to the end-of-lease clean, everything was handled professionally and with care. Jackie was super friendly, flexible with timing, and really easy to communicate with — even when I had to change dates last minute due to my flight. The clean itself was excellent — thorough, detailed, and exactly what my property manager was looking for. They were also very considerate with key handover and followed up promptly with the invoice. I couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely recommend Jackie to anyone needing a reliable and high-quality clean.
