Peter and the girls from Hope cleaning co are simply amazing and take the hard work out of a whole house clean for myself, this lets me relax in a lovely clean and fresh home every fortnight. With a few dog's that come to visit occasionally just a little tidy up goes a long way with Shakira, Ally and LeShay always there to help to make my home cleaner, brighter and smelling fresh. I've used their services over the last 18 months originally through James home services but now Peter has excelled in running the local Ballarat owned business with his wife May, all whilst caring for his growing family. Since going independent Hope Cleaning Co quality of service has not wavered but instead excelled and the girls always have time for a chat; Something I look forward to every fortnight as a TPI disabled Veteran. They're not just cleaners, they are a part of my life and I'm always happy to support them in turn with a thanking review and assist their staff when I can. Even Martha Gardener would be impressed at how great their cleaning is and I 🫡 their business ethics. Ray n Brownie.

Wonderful, efficient, thorough and timely at a very reasonable cost. A team of three came exactly on time this morning to do a spring clean for me after I returned home from hospital. Everything from skirting boards up is gleaming - oven, blinds, windows inside and out - and I could not fault the service. All communication was clear and the quote for the work made before commencement. Even things I hadn’t expected to have cleaned were done as they said the unit was not dirty enough to take the time I had paid for. I will definitely treat myself to this service again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hope Cleaning Co to anyone in Ballarat and surrounds. I am so pleased.
