You guided us around what water needed to be pumped out, and did this in a manner that utilised run off, you cleaned the tanks, pipe outlets, baskets, and disinfected remaining water. You guided us around water renewal too. Simon is a great listener and answered all my questions. You all responded to our need to get the tanks in working order, in a timely manner after the fires.   We had an awful incident with a dead possum in our tank. Neil got one of his guys out within a couple hours, and had the tank clean and ready for a fresh water delivery by the afternoon. Everything was easy, quick and good to deal with, which meant a lot on a pretty bleak looking day!
