Maya was so wonderful to communicate with and was extremely patient and understanding with me when I changed my mind on what I needed cleaned a number of times. I ended up getting an end of lease clean and DoWell cleaning did a fantastic job!! I should also add how much I appreciated the clean being completed on such short notice, super super accomodating. I needed a thorough deep clean and reached out to Maya—she responded super quickly, came to quote the job on-site the very same day, and had no trouble scheduling us for a Saturday slot in the very same week. That kind of responsiveness is rare and much appreciated when you’re trying to get things sorted fast! The cleaning team arrived right on time, were polite and professional from start to finish. Pricing was fair and transparent (no hidden surprises), and the overall service was top-notch. Highly recommend this team if you’re after reliable, high-quality cleaning without the hassle.

Very responsive and very professional. I initially asked the real estate agent to provide me with their cleaning suppliers so the cleaning quality can be consistent and per their expectations for my end of lease clean. However the agent was so unresponsive, that by the time they provided me with their usual cleaning service contacts, no one was available for the job. I had to find my own suppliers but had a lot of anxiety about the professionalism and quality of cleaning services after seeing many, many mixed reviews of many places. I decided to give Dowell cleaning a go after they responded to my hipages request, and Maya has been incredibly responsive from the beginning, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I have no complaints about the quality of their cleaning. They even fixed the little shower seal that was broken before I even moved in. Will definitely use their services again if I need professional cleaning done. :)
