From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands, but I honestly wasn’t prepared for just how incredible the results would be. They didn’t just clean my home – they completely transformed it, and their professionalism and communication were exceptional every step of the way. Right from the first message, their communication was clear, polite, and incredibly helpful. They let me know exactly when they were arriving, what they would be doing, and they checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. As a 75-year-old widower living alone, feeling comfortable with people in my home is very important to me — and their team made me feel completely safe, respected, and at ease the entire time. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. When it came to the cleaning itself, their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. They carefully cleaned my ornaments — actually picking them up, dusting them properly, and wiping underneath each one — something very few cleaners take the time to do. They rolled up my rug and vacuumed and mopped underneath it, leaving my floors looking fresh again. They cleaned all my windows, including the tracks and screens, and the difference was instantly noticeable. They went well beyond what I expected. I have an arthritic back and struggle with heavier tasks, but they happily helped me move several large pots around my backyard that I haven’t been able to shift for years. They dusted around the outside of my house, removing built-up cobwebs and making the exterior look neat and cared for again. Inside, they worked wonders on my shower. The grout, which had become discoloured over time, is now bright white again — it looks like a brand-new bathroom, Tony & Kyle scrubbed it for such a long time! They helped me rotate my mattress, remade the bed perfectly, and Stephanie even put a load of washing on for me, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected kindness. I also appreciated their dedication to hygiene and safety. They use environmentally friendly cleaning products, which means no harsh chemicals around me or my pets. I also noticed they use colour-coded cloths, ensuring there’s no cross-contamination between bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas — a level of professionalism and care that really impressed me. Every interaction was warm, respectful, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism, their communication, and the comfort they gave me in my own home mean just as much to me as the pristine result of the cleaning itself. If you’re considering booking them — do it. They are honest, reliable, incredibly thorough, and they exceeded every expectation I had. There's something nice about having a freshly cleaned house, and not having to run around and do it yourself. The team do a fantastic job and just get down to business. They've been super flexible and accommodating when we have needed to shift cleans and can't recommend enough. Very happy customer.
