Very happy with the roof and gutter cleaning today only the day after my enquiry. 21 year old tiled roof now looks great. See after photos. Huge improvement.

I contracted Rick from Zen to clean my colourbond roof and solar panels. He was timely with appointments (quote & work), gave helpful advice and worked hard and quickly. Even though we are in the crazy busy process of trying to sell our home, I felt compelled to take a moment to write about our extraordinarily positive experience in working with Zen Property Maintenance. From the outset, Rick's professional demeanour, knowledge, punctuality and efficiency made quite an impression on both my husband and myself. Before dealing with Zen, we found ourself feeling completely overwhelmed by the numerous tasks on our "to do" list, and the seemingly endless amount of cleaning and maintenance that we were going to have to not only arrange, but to co-ordinate in a timely manner. Zen Property Maintenance was almost like a "one stop shop". They were able to "sweep" in and whip our home into a pristine condition, in the most incredibly efficient, timely and professional manor. The dedication to providing an excellent service was evident from every member of the team. I would like to make a special note of the impressive display of hard work and efficiency displayed by Scott and Dan. After the boys left we were definitely ZEN! I recommend the team for any or all the cleaning or maintenance tasks that you may need assistance with. Thanks Rick and the team at Zen!

I received a quote from Zen Property Maintenance for a softwash to clean our roof, solar panels and a path along the side of our house. The service was prompt, professional and staff friendly and courteous. When it became obvious that the state of the roof was worse than anticipated, Rick kept me informed and upgraded the clean to a high pressure wash. The result is excellent and the photo shows how effective the roof clean has been. I highly recommend Zen Property Maintenance.

Scott did a fantastic job cleaning our roof - far surpassed our expectations. Our cream roof was basically black (with mould/dirt) to start with and looked brand new after he had finished. We were stunned at the results! Scott arrived on time, showed great attention to detail and was very easy to talk to. Very professional service and prompt communication with the company. Would not hesitate to recommend!
