Sim did a great job for us. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would, and was very professional. Our bathrooms both look great and both of our showers are looking good as well :)

I requested a quote on Good Friday and I had a call back from Stephen to set up an inspection on Easter Monday which was beyond my expectation. He was prompt, professional, well priced. He communicated well, he arrived when he said he would. He carried the tile regrout out within the time frame he said he would. Quality is fantastic. I had a small issue with a bit of water leaking out of the shower. He came and had a look and repaired it without any issues. Stephen also chemically roughed the outside tiles which have come up very well. Overall very happy with Stephen's workmanship and his customer service.

Asim was a mild mannered, conscientious worker and takes pride in his work. He regularly checked with me if I was satisfied with every series of tiles he repaired and he was respectful to leave his shoes outside without prompting from me. It's quite satisfying when trades people take pride in their work which Asim was.
