Vac-Mop Cleaning Services

Didn't think there was anyway the dirty marks were going to come out of my carpet, but Peter managed to get them looking fantastic. Cannot fault on his service. Vacmop will always be my first call for any carpet cleaning.

Absolutely legendary and I didn’t even get the chance to use their services! Tried calling a few times earlier today, but the phone was somehow disconnected. At first, chocked it up to maybe a business that was leaving town or had already closed permanently. Out of pure I don’t know what to be honest, I hopped online and was looking for other cleaning businesses in town…and decided to just send Vac-Mop a note via e-mail. Quite frankly, was not expecting a reply. Not an hour later, I had a message from the team. Gave them a ring back (from this new number) and had an awesome chat with Peter. The phones have been having issues for some time and they were working it. Unfortunately, they’re booked for the next 3 weeks (a good sign!) and even took the time to pass along the information of a competitor in town they would highly recommend. 3 out of the 4 businesses I rang in the past few days never picked up and haven’t called back as of yet. These bloody legends gave me the time of day to send me to a competitor! Wish the timing would have been better; Peter at Vac-Mop deserves double what he was going to charge me.

Exemplary service and results - Peter's first job at my home was a microsuede couch that had been used as a toilet by my cat. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the urine smell out. Peter went above and beyond doing all he could to clean it out, after just 2 cleans the couch was as good as new and no smell. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and whenever I call Vacmop, they're always on time, in and out quickly and with minimal disturbance. Always really helpful with tips to prolong the life of your furniture too. Highly recommend them!
