The team of three arrived were very friendly, and worked efficiently. Their attention to detail was impressive, leaving the house spotless and the carpets looking fresh and new. The booking process was smooth, with prompt responses to my inquiries, and their pricing was very affordable. Best of all, there were no issues with my bond refund. Amazing team and overall great service! I chanced upon their site and reached out via Facebook messenger and got a quote within minutes. I was surprised as they offered really affordable rates given we only had a small studio. The others I spoke to were around 20-30% more expensive. The team arrived on time, the two Lauras, and the equipment and tools were all topnotch: they were very much prepared for the task at hand. They did a thorough job cleaning our unit inclusive of steam cleaning both our carpet and mattress. Overall a job well done and we got back our rental bond with no fuss. Thanks team!
