Tamara was absolutely wonderful! We had 3 cleaners cancel in the space of 24 hours for a very time sensitive cleaning job. Tamara reached out to me to offer help last minute, even coming from Toukley to Saratoga at an hours notice. She was lovely, kind, professional and left the house absolutely spotless. She honestly saved the day for us, and we cannot recommend her or Riot Cleaning enough! Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tamara came to clean our house before the newest member arrived. I had never seen this house so clean. The attention to detail is what separates her from other cleaners I have used. She also played with the puppy and got him involved in cleaning too. I recommend Tamara and Riot Cleaning to all on the central coast.

Our outgoing tenant booked Tamara and her team to carry out their end-of-lease clean at our Mardi property. I must say, I was quite impressed by Tamara's attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. She's genuinely a hard worker and you can see she takes pride in her work, as did her other team member. Even though I didn't directly engage Tamara myself, I still wanted to share feedback of our pleasant experience with Riot Cleaning. Thank you!

Riot Cleaning has truly changed my life — and I found them just in time before the hectic Christmas and New Year period. I have ADHD, and having a clean, organised home for my three children under the age of three is essential, but incredibly hard to maintain as a full-time stay-at-home mum. Riot Cleaning came into my life at a time when I was feeling completely overwhelmed. Tamara, the owner, did the most incredible job on my home for such a reasonable price. I had recently been very disappointed after hiring another cleaner who severely underperformed while charging much more. Tamara listened to how upset I was and stepped in at the last minute to make sure my family and I were taken care of. I truly cannot speak highly enough of Tamara or her company. Not only is she an exceptional cleaner, but she genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. She is an absolute cleaning wizard fairy, and I am so incredibly grateful to have found her

Riot! I reached out desperately on the 15th December 2025 ( 11.19am ). With a rent inspection on the 17th. It was so short notice and so close to Christmas, I thought all cleaners would either be booked out or on their own holidays. So I was in shock when Tamara responded in exactly 20minutes! Cleaners I had messaged 24 hours prior had not even replied yet. I already had high hopes after reading Riot Cleanings 's philosophy on Facebook after seeing the small business suggested under a Community page post. Riot cleaning was calm but clearly very busy - Tamara's energy through her messages made me feel safe and supported. I had to help my family get ready for my little sister's Year 6 fair well that day! If you've ever done full face makeup or curled hair you know how many hours I had to take out of cleaning to get that job done as I was completely in control - the only woman on the job. My partner had to leave our house open (as he was working from home) so that Riot could quickly inspect the job before evaluating and accepting the job. I got home from big sister responsibilities just in time to meet Tamara before she left - she saw me dishevelled and tearing up with relief when she said she could fit us in. She reassured me that everything would be fine and gave us a beautiful company cookie which hit the spot! Riot had a two person team show up at like 7am the next day - they blasted through the vacuuming and dusting that I requested to be prioritised - the floor had never looked so good! Timber/ carpet/ rugs! Things were sparkling ✨ and all my mess/ clutter was packed away / hidden from prying eyes. The team finished at 9am before rushing to their next job! I can not believe how much they accomplished in a measly TWO HOURS. Tamara also offered to check back in the afternoon to see if we needed anymore final touches. - she did stop in and all was well. Lastly she offered some advice on how to make our home look even less cluttered and headed off. ( Clutter was a particular issue with our real estate agent - despite that not being a lawful reason to fail someone's rent inspection). Riot worked with my disability pension budget and gave me more than enough time to pay them as I was out of work and struggling financially. I especially appreciated the option to pay via cash or card - having options is always a bonus. Thank you Riot! Will be coming back to you for any and all home cleaning services in the future and recommending you to anyone and everyone in need of cleaning services! All neurodivergent/ disabled individuals on the Central Coast / Lake Macquarie should know about Riot Cleaning Services!!!!!!!!!! We could not have gotten our house in order without YOU AND YOUR TEAM.
