Ana is without doubt one of the most talented and organised people I have met. Nothing is too much trouble. She efficiently runs our concierge desk and is across everything that happens in our building. Even though there are a large number of residents, she treats everyone individually and supports their particular needs. I can’t thank her and her team enough for their efforts.

I recently met Ana through the Rumbalara Residencies in Gosford. From my first point of contact on the phone to actually meeting her face to face I felt I was very much in safe hands. She is extremely friendly, helpful and on the ball to try and problem solve. A true asset to the team at Premium Solutions Group.
