I contacted Matt at Poolwerx Avalon in Late December 2025, my Pools was a basket case, I was sick of "Clean to Green" cycle I was constantly going through. The first thing Matt committed to was to get my pool in shape for Xmas, he did it! By the end of January 2026 through the updating of equipment and working hard to fix the water quality, my pool is fantastically sparkling. The updated equipment ensures an almost hands free automatic clean pool process. Also a shout out to Caleb, a very hardworking professional young man. All in all, I am very happy with Poolwerx Avalon and highly recommend Matt and his team to any pool owner in the area.

I contacted Poolwerx when searching for someone to look after our pool on the Northern Beaches. Matt quickly responded that same day! We discussed options and pricing and I booked him in. First visit Matt contacted me with photos and we discussed some options for our pool which needed a little extra TLC. He went above and beyond not only noticing that our pool timer has stopped working but even going out of his way to sort out an interim timer solution for it until i can get it fixed by an electrician. He was open and honest with what our pool needed and what it didn’t need. I am truly grateful to have found Matt and really appreciate the extra thought and care he puts into his work - I would definitely recommend his service - Thank you!
